GDA New Housing Scheme 2019 Online Registration for 103 EWS Flats

Good  news for the home seeker looking for a flats in Ghaziabad. The news is that the Ghaziabad Development Authority has launched GDA new housing scheme 2019 for economical weaker section of the Society under GDA Madhuban Bapudham Awasiya Yojana 2019. The Process of online registration for flats in the scheme is live now.

GDA Madhuban Bapudham scheme in Ghaziabad offering 103 flats for the EWS category of the society and the code of the scheme is 859. The Awasiya yojana is featured with the flats having a size of 30.72 square meter. The flats are available in four storey building.

The process of online registration is live now and eligible applicant can follow the links below to apply online and to download the application brochure.The respective registration amount and registration fees for a unit is Rs. 50/. The allotment amount is Rs. 100,50 for Reserved and Rs. 20,050 for others applicant.

Apply for Mo Kudia Housing Scheme (Biju Pucca Ghar Yojana) in Orissa

Mo Kudia Housing Scheme or Biju Pucca Ghar Yojana, a dream project of Orissa state government started for rural people with the aim of providing pucca or pakka to genuinely poor and needy rural people who need immediate shelter for a dignified existence.

Besides, Mo Kudia (Biju Pucca Ghar Yojana) also benefiting people who are disaster affected and live the state. These residents can come back to their original state and get the benefits under Mo Kudia Housing Scheme.

Panchayat Raj Department is working as a nodal agency for implementing the scheme across the state.

Who Can Apply for Mo Kudia Scheme

The candidate belonging to any of these category can register for the scheme to get pucca/pakka house. These are the following categories,
  • Poor women in distress, 
  • Physically challenged (over 40%), 
  • Mentally challenged, 
  • Victims of domestic violence, 
  • Destitute widows, 
  • Women headed households, 
  • Adult orphans of government registered institutions and 
  • Victims of leprosy and AIDS

Benefits Under Pucca/Pakka Ghar Yojana

  • Pakka/Pucca Ghar/sheltar will be provided to rural poor and needy people
  • Genuinely poor and needy rural, who need immediate shelter for a dignified existence, would be provided a dwelling unit.
  • Benefits will also be provided to those BPL category households (HHs), who are deprived of getting the IAY (Indira Aawas Yojana) houses due to non-inclusion of names in BPL list as prepared by the Govt. of India.
  • Financial assistance of Rs. 10,000 will also be provided to the beneficiary of Mo Kudia under “fully collapsed” category for flood damage.
  • The tribal households whose houses are “fully collapsed” due to elephant menace can be considered.
  • Affordable shelter for the masses or creation of productive and responsive housing for all will be done

Mo Kudia Housing Scheme Eligibility Criteria | Condition | Preference

  • Only permanent resident of Odisha are eligible to apply for the scheme. 
  • Applicant should also belong to BPL family. 
  • Poor women in distress, victims of domestic violence, physically challenged (over 40%), mentally challenged, destitute widows, women-headed HHs (Households), adult orphans of government registered institutions and victims of leprosy and AIDS all are eligible.
  • The categories may considered on scheme priority are as follow: Poor victims of ethnic and naxal violence, Poor victims of fire or flood, Tribal HHs whose houses have “fully collapsed” due to elephant menace Primitive Tribe Groups (PTGs), Parents of Children Living with HIV and AIDS (CLHIV) who are under Anti Retroviral Therapy (ART) treatment.

Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana in Delhi to Start Soon for Affordable Houses

After the launch of two years, the government has taken a step ahead to start the implementation of central government Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana in Delhi. The government has recently made a get together of officials to sort out of obstacles of implementation of PMAY-Urban in Delhi. This official meeting was chaired by Lieutenant Governor (LG) Anil Baijal in the problem has been sort out for the implementing PM Awas Yojana in Delhi

Besides, an agreement had also been signed in between the Union Ministry of Housing and Urban Poverty Alleviation (MoHUPA) and Delhi government.

And argument had been arisen by Delhi government regarding to the land ownership in Delhi. Since the land ownership in Delhi is under the jurisdiction of the Centre, which holds it through Delhi Development Authority (DDA), it would not be prudent to make some commitments on its part. Only some of land in the Delhi is the cover of Delhi Urban Shelter Improvement Board (DUSIB) which is under the Delhi government.

In the last official’s meet, the decision was taken on the matter of signing a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) between the HUPA, the DDA and the DUSIB to open the doors of implementing Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Urban in Delhi.

The MoA requires a some commitments of Delhi government including, the amendments in the master plan for earmarking land for affording housing and creating a single window for time-bound clearance system for layout approvals and building permissions.

DDA and DUSIB would participate in the implementation of components of urban housing mission as a state-level nodal agencies.

Till now, MHUPA has sanctioned the construction of about 18,75,000 affordable houses for urban poor of almost all states in the country with an investment of over Rs. 1 lakh crore of which the central assistance is Rs. 29,409 crore.
